Lori is a therapist with a license in Social Work from Robert’s Wesleyan University. Lori has had many years experience working with individuals to improve overall health which includes physical, social, and emotional aspects of one’s life. Lori has a strong foundation of experience in working with and supporting individuals who are facing struggles and challenges such as anxiety, life transitions, daily stressors, complex health issues, relationship struggles and more. Lori provides a genuine and safe space to share and explore. As your therapist, Lori will provide a non-judgmental space as you go through the therapeutic journey together. Together, she will work with you to identify strategies that allow exploring root causes of struggles and working to build healthy and meaningful change.
Lori works with adolescents and adults offering individual counseling via tele-therapy (HIPPA compliant video/online counseling). She has availability for virtual sessions on weekday evenings as well as weekends.
